In the process of re-creating the Macca risked NAV model and found this flaring error...
$0.95 * 250PJ does NOT equate to $380mn. Either they have used $1.52/GJ or their mid-case valuation for STX is actually 43cps, not 48cps. The report is REALLY poor. Where was the quality control?
I will try and fix up where I think they have gone wrong and share it later.
