Thanks Smiley, Like 618, I checked the EPA website and did not find anything. Typical bureaucratic buffoonery. Why couldn't they put that
there was an appeal on the EPA website. Furthermore, why couldn't they put the appeal there as well. Everyone could then make a judgement on whether it was, or wasn't, a worthy appeal. No need to say who submitted the appeal - which would preserve anonymity.
