Thanks for that - learn something new today as I'd never come across the appeals site before.
According to the site, the timeline for decision is around 60 days for 80% of the appeals...
Since it was lodged on the 20th Nov, we can hopefully expect a decision by late Jan before we finish testing SE2 and SE3, and FID (which will be delayed if appeal is still pending). So the appeal is currently not on the critical path as of now.
