Perhaps through ignorance, I am at a loss to know why Erregulla Deep and South West Erregulla are so high on Strikes drilling list. At the moment with any gas found in these two new wells will be shared between Strike and Gina and. like WE gas, become a stranded asset until agreements have been reached.

It might make sense if Strike and Gina were prepared to cooperate but, so far, I have seen little evidence of cooperation. As an example, it would seem logical to me that the two parties agree, under a cost sharing arrangement, to pipe WE gas down to a processing facility on the precinct and to immediately order two (not one) 40TJ processing units.

What will eventually happen? Who knows, but I guess we will find out in the fullness of time
