Yes that's true regarding timing of rig slots and seismic. Given the success at Walyering as well as the reprocessed 2D seismic and well data from OH-1, I'd be surprised if OH is a failure.
I suspect if the domgas policy is changed, we may also see a slight change in their priorities and drilling/seismic scheduling. ED1 and SWE1 will still proceed as planned, but SE phase 2 (additional 60TJ/d instead of 40TJ/d) may well jump ahead of WE in terms of FID so they can sell all of that gas to the export market since it won't be contracted.
Note that even if we proceed with 100TJ/d development for WE, we would only have 25TJ/d for export since the other 25TJ is already contracted to CSBP.
