Agree that Cortis et al will review. Without knowing the quality of the prospects three negatives come to mind about TEG JV.
1. Its a long way from where main activities of STX are currently centred. A stand alone gas processing plant required. More capex.
2. Its only 25%
3. Not the operator.
Am not saying that if SOA is successful they will ditch it, but possibly will be seen as a square peg in a round hole??
