I think "insurance policy" whilst accurate is understating it. It is going ahead, it will add some value in the long term, but the scope and timing lead me to believe that W7 is not a discretionary drill, JMO. If it has to be done, it has to be done. For me, I will be hanging out for word from the Chad when the time comes.
