If the SOA with TPD doesn't go through I wouldn't be suprised if OH gets pulled up the queue again.
But perhaps STX think with 100% Walyering cashflow the balance sheet will be solid enough to move forward developing the bigger assets first.Also think the strategy and order is a balance between building the company methodically ie first building cashflow v exploring to convert as much Contingent resource as possible to increase any potential takeover offer.
