Yes I think that sounds logical. After having more time to analysis PS2 further and maybe a bit of interpolation of other data they feel there is a lot more to Phoenix that may need unravelling before moving on. So wait and see what PS3 tells them.
I would like to think of this being a huge positive rather than dwell on the disappointment of no Dorado commitment.
