Excavate and truck away - base the $50 m/t for low grade CC is my guess; therefore minimal 'cost' - see Sth Gobi Res - they are prob gaining some 30% margin. DYOR by the way.
Then add washing, to gain a premium - see Mark's announcement(s) - costs you more, but get a better price.
So all up - your guess is as good as 'mine'.
That's where the Bankable Feasibilty comes to play.
