    Whoever is selling at .010 also has bids in at .09.

    Watch the buyer tally ( and hence volume ) drop off after the .010 offer gets hit with those recent larger trades. Someone is trying to keep the sell side looking stronger.

    I would say .09 will trade this arvo on close as a scare tactic.
