A bit condescending! The fact that a close relative of mine is Chairman of a number of major companies and on the board of this and that is not relevant AT ALL to whether the GGX merger is a good deal or not ... and neither is the fact that Morton is a customer of yours I would contend (rather .. it would give you a bias in assessing the deal).

My point was that the deal needs to be assessed on its merits and on its worth to OIP shareholders (and I can see very little).. not on the fact that we need Morton. I know you were just responding to jtaylor's comments about getting rid of the board and in that I agree with you .. for a very small company OIP has quite a good board with plenty of experience so i have no issue with them per se.
