Well, get ready for another cap raising for JKA. Another two months minimum, plus whatever timeline blowouts occur from drilling in this difficult reservoir.

This is also a tacit admission that the drilling of ST1 was done poorly (some might say bungled).

I wonder if JKA voted in favour of this action by the JV? With only 15% of the vote they would be easily outvoted by COE and DGO, both of whom this is a positive outcome for.

I think, as long as the lessons of ST1 are learned, ST2 has an excellent chance of success. It's just a shame how much of a toll this took on JKA. Neither COE or JKA have covered themselves in glory in their handling of this issue.
