I don't know if anyone noticed, but the ROC Rights Issue presentation has drilling starting in Equatorial Guinea in mid-June, ending the first week of July (slide 17).
The more recently released AGM presentation has the drilling starting the first week of June, ending the 3rd week of June (slide 27).
I sent an email to ROC asking for clarification midday today - no response as yet.
