I've got nothing to be right about just stating what was in the last announcement. Also key words are "authorities confirming that they will be granted in October" so it's not management confirming but the authorities in the mines department. They (management) are waiting too...
Really hope it's October so things start moving along, but if not we just have to keep our eyes on the bigger picture and be patient.
