I'm not a day trader - and have learned plenty of hard lessons in penny stocks.

In fact, I rarely play with small cap stocks these days. But I am a little more educated in what to look for now when buying the smaller stocks - and good management is top of the list.

If anyone can get a mining license and some tenements through, you would think Chris Gale would be the person to do it. Given that Chris chairs the Council for Australian / Latin American relations - it almost seems too good to be true!!!.

That is why I have bought this stock. Let's see how much it helps the company going forward - I'm tipping it well help a hell of a lot.

Will the SP go lower before it goes higher - possibly, but I'd rather be in now as 0.1 cent moves will seem insignificant in a few months time.
