pjh, between early and mid 2008 Africa Oil made a series of announcements regarding the aquisition of a rig and it's mobilization. I made note of these announcements about 6 months on HC but the cheer squad jumped down my throat.
I guess thise announcements were just part of the transparency that sucked everyone in back then.
