Can you direct me to the district court material regarding the benefictial interests? I cant find references to it on the web. As I have stated previously, from the infomation I have, it is more likely the top four shareholders are controlled by the Ailakis'. The two supposedly not, I maintain are controlled by proxies.

Your comments regarding the conduct of the directors and their fiduciary duty are totally on the money.

I'm interested to hear of your friends that have been mistreated by management. Perhaps they should come and chat to some friends of mine? I think they know of people as well, but that is just speculating.
