I have what may seem a dumb question but would like someone to answer it for me if possible. What is to stop a holder from selling at the current price and taking up the offer or does selling now exclude a person from the offer. Not sure how it would work, do you need to be a holder when the forms are processed to still be entitled or when the announcement was made.
