With data possibly not being avaliable for some of the oil wells free from teh authorities surely i would be cheaper to directly access it from teh company who paid for teh drill rather than drill another well nearby just to "check".
I know teh logging may not be of teh quality required but data is data and enables prioitisation f where and when to drill.
Getting teh feeling these guys are just drilling to get some market momentum to hit up teh market for more cash??? as there will need to be ???? how many holes at what spacing to get Jorc and at what costa hole? If teh big players realise there is a cheap entry price via a issue in teh near term they will simply buy then with attached option rather than play games or await Fed permit for which I still havent seen thé costs of?
