Hi Mike the THP doesn't affect continuous disclosure rules otherwise we would be in breach of them and the Company has stated publicly that it is in compliance....what we and more so traders consider continuous disclosure and what in fact is continuous disclosure are two different things, many events are considered day to day operational issues and not material....in my experience with oilers FAR shareholders are very well informed given there are always constraints in a JV but in a sector that has long timelines it just doesn't feel that way...
