Hi Hot, don't wait too long before getting that low slung car as the knees will feel the strain getting out. Getting in isn't so much an issue as you can simply fall into the chair. Always felt more of a strain on the right knee from memory but it's been 10 years ago and I was in my late 30's.
Hope FAR comes in soon for you so you can get that sports car. My next may be a Porche but it would most likely be a Cayenne (SUV - got kids)
