"Rig-2 service and maintenance has been completed and the rig is ready to drill" This was in the Qtrly 31st October.
21 days have passed so we should be close to some form of announcement on progress, plus given the fact that someone was happy to pay a premium with 730K shares at .006 on Monday, I'd say we must be close.
