PJM, I read that too, IMO the directors have
decided to take the most cost effective route this time because funds are tighter than ever and knowing that once this one is successful, they can always learn and spend more on the next one with proceeds of this campaign.

plans changing is why these guys are the experts if the market gave them 1.7million then they would have had time and money to try a few things.

without it they will be resourceful to get the best result possible.
