Explorers have to report every quraterly. Producers can report half yearly/annually. Technically BUR are still explorers... but so are a lot of 'bigger' companies with little risk of 'going bankrupt'. (e.g check Anzon they are oil 'explorers' with net assets -cash- over $80M and still need to report quarterly)
