I noticed this a while back.

Then after the last announcement it made sense - there's a cap raising due sometime this year.

My guess is management continue to get the SP to 30 to maintain a trading average - so my money is a cap raise.

They tucked it nice and quietly in their latest market presentation, have a look under their 2009 objectives - of all listed, you'll be sure they'll accomplish that.

I doubt they'll accomplish anything else listed there - such as the drilling results that have already been bumped 4 months....

Grumble.
