The reason why LCY would have agreed to stop work is also simple.
We want to buy something that you have for a pre determined price.
Why would we want to increase the value of that "something" before we buy it (and have full control of it)?
I thought that it was pretty simple and obvious so I didn't explain it before.
Now let me ask you something:
