So, yesterday, the sale price was agreed and unchangeable
But today, you have changed your mind and inferred that the sale price is changeable.
To sum up, according to your logic,
Haw has stopped works because sale price has already been agreed upon.
Lcy has stopped works because any further work will increase the price.
Contradiction?
