My point is that your assumption that the sale price has already been agreed upon is rubbish.

You cannot seriously believe that Haw will entertain any offer figure without the indicated resource calculations.

As I have stated earlier, Haw is in a better financial position now; more so than Legacy.
Haw has no need to accept a low figure.
If Legacy/Nmdc really want it all, Haw will make them pay a fair price.
If Haw don't come to the party, I wonder what Nmdc will do?
Will they continue supporting Legacy over the next 5 years with only 8mil in the bank?
