Well , a very simple lesson - when a CEO departs under a cloud it is best to follow him with your stock position, especially when it slowly comes out of the wash that all results are not as clean as they should be.

This stock is returning to the kennel for the meantime, soon they'll again run low on cash and it'll eventually end up with a market cap at $5m IMO.

I'm just very surprised that the fundies etc who took the last placement have not taken action against the board etc. So much for ensuring this type of activity doesn't continue in the small end of the market.
