Spoke to another Managing Director that is drilling in the Northern Territory as well.
They sent some samples to the labs in mid July last year and did not get them back till Mid October.
He said the turn around time in the old days eg 3 to 5 years ago was only about 7 working days.
The federal and state governments need to rectify these problems and fast track a few new labs being built.
It is really constraining the resource industry now especially when it is the back bone of the economy in these uncertain times.
