A lot of water can flow under the bridge in the 2 years before this tax comes in.The labour party are losing popularity daily as the electorate come to realise the folly of their unfunded and shoot from the hip policies. They might not even be in power then and with the opposition now coming out and saying they will throw this RSPT out the window it seems more likely.
The RSPT will have to be watered down, tweeked, and played with for it to be sold to the many doubters. My only worry is if it will affect the big spend we need to bring PH underground into play.Maybe we now need to find another overseas project to pump some of our huge dollars into.As the capital expenditure for PH will have to be recovered before we start to pay this tax it will be a while before this government get their grubby hands on our money.
