    No I haven't. Still waiting for the "dust" to settle before I code up.

    My position on the tax is the miners should not negotiate. They should not meet with the govt and they should clearly articulate the ramifications of this tax to the Aust population.

    Any acceptance of a watered down or tweeked tax will be the wrong decision.

    I suspect that the threat of the tax will put on hold the decision for P Hill underground until after the election. We have the AGM this wed. It will be interesting to hear what is said, if anything.

    The AZURE JV now looks pretty good.

    In answer to your question "Question for the accountants and tax experts. Will the tax credits that OZL has be eaten up quicker as a result of the super profit tax, or is there no change to the timeframes." From my understanding the tax is applied at EBIT. That means that OZL will pay 40% on the P Hill profits, then the bal of the profit will get offset against tax credits. So, no they will not be eaten up quicker, they will be eaten up slower.
