    you've encapsulated it a million times better than i could have hoped to. there are other comparisons that can be made (the aussie car industry stands out) but it should be blatantly clear to all that the RSPT is simply a very, very bad tax.

    i think calm heads agree that perhaps our miners could pay a bit more tax but 40% across the board is outrageous.
