It would be quite the tactical move if further drilling results were able to be released after permits and conventions were granted.
Hopefully all will be revealed soon enough. If we get those permits and conventions, it's game on. If there are no further bidders, then 57c per share is what the company is worth, because that's all anyone is willing to pay. In this situation, where as an individual comapny we can't secure the finance ourselves and we have no cornerstone investor to drive us to production, it's always going to make more sense for an interested party to take us over rather than purchase equity in a JV.
Again, hopefully the wait is nearly over, but I dread putting too much optimism in the current timeline due to past form. All I know is that shareholders who have stuck fat deserve some reward!
