Unfortunately I think you're right. You would think ASIC would have reminded them about withholding information - SDL clearly have in the past as the leaking of information seems to be well ahead of announcements. Lets hope that this time it is beiong withheld for strategic reasons that will benefit all shareholders rather than the leakees.
