Ampella commenced new 20,000m drill program at Batie West on 02/09/2009 and expected the program to last 6 weeks. This would mean the drilling program should be completed on 14/10/2009 (Wednesday - Tomorrow). Hence now the drilling is complete the results should be released very soon.
A exceptional company today on the ASX was SIGNATURE METALS LIMITED (SBL). Up 35.71% today. What did they release?

Good drilling results at the Konongo Gold project in the middle of Ghana.
Investors are pouring their money into gold at the moment on the back on record high spot gold prices (Currently US$1055/oz). The potentail returns for gold companies is becoming higher and investors are becoming more risk adverse because of higher potential returns.
This is clearly shown on the picture on Ampella's website which shows West Africa is quickly becoming the big new gold province in the world.
Ready to see the next leg up in AMX share price on the back of good drilling results.
Should be released before the end of the month.
