Ger, have a read up on porphyry Cu-Au-Mo deposits. They range from 2mt to 16,000mt. Cadia in NSW is a cluster with 2,000mt at 0.4% Cu and 0.3% Cu. Or 44m oz Au and 8mt of Cu. In $ terms roughly $140b. They are mined as massive open cuts or, if deep, block caving. Both have huge capex but generally low opex.
The deep diamond drilling will tell.
