you got me ... I'm speculating. And YES ... buyers enter at own risk ... AS ALWAYS!!! I'm not trying to ramp. I have NO inside knowledge.
But ... in a sense I'm assuming that any drilling project will anticipate good results by nature ... or why do it?
AND, the big buyers were buying for a reason, one would assume in anticipation of drilling results. Also, I've been trying to get some idea of what kind of results can be expected from 18 holes.
Again ... just throwing out ideas!!! Any sensible thoughts / ideas / speculation welcome. But don't BUY based on them!!! Please!!!
