Like I said santoo, lack of volume, and days of no trading. A million shares is only $16k, so any reasonable holding would take days to offload, and without willing buyers, you would have to keep lowering your price.
Thats the problem with illiquid shares. It is safer money management to follow shares that can be easily exited when you want to, either for stop losses, or profit taking. Unfortunately with many specs, people tend to not want to take losses, and end up riding shares to the grave. An all too often occurence for some.
