Some great posts above. Just to add a few points of significance to watch for GOLD & Silver to surge higher :
1. USD - The DXY is coming off highs, a retrace back towards 100 v positive for Gold
2. USD/JPY is coming off highs, a retrace towards 110, good news for Gold
3. COT - Commercial longs have been inching up. I eagerley await this Fridays report.
4. January US stock selling- as tax time approached in the US, profits should get locked in, leading to the DOW/S&P coming back a bit.

Next 8 weeks will be very interesting in precious metals

Agreed and there's also the US Debt ceiling which will be reinstated in March next year.

Surely, this will be another debacle given Trump wants to spend more money but US debt is already at the limit of $20 trillion...
