Cash position is strong, MCAP is low, technicals suggest recent over selling.
Strong support around this current SP. Probabilistically, odds are greater that the SP should appreciate in coming weeks. Buy low sell high; first took positions in this at 2.7 and sold in parcels up to 6.5 (shoulda held). But back in the mid 4s (ooops), because I do believe there is potential here.
