How do you know that they didn't sell at the peaks, cash out and make millions, then buy back in risk free in the 6-8cent range? No one would be none the wiser as long as they bought back the same amount of shares they held previously. Especially if you knew you had 6-7 months to accumulate. Just my opinion.
