    Unfortunately I suspect it is a prop. Love to be wrong but that price level looks strategic - we will find out in about 15 mins I guess.
    QOL really need the mining approval and then some on-site progress to get the sp moving. I'm up to my eyeballs in options but not expecting too much for a couple of months yet. Medium term (3-6 months) stand out buy imho.
