Bad weather could be a reason for having so few (very, very few!) holes drilled, but it does not account for the much more serious deficiency in the results to date - the thicknesses are far too small to represent any kind of mineable resource. Once the drill rig is located, there is no reason why it could not drill to 500+ metres, regardless of the weather. Yet the reports are of holes drilled to a mere 40 metres or so.
If there is no valid reason for not drilling to normal depths, then we have to suspect that the orebody is much smaller than we would like to believe.
