The all time high is 0.1725, I doubt drill results for cobalt will rally the price to this level. Cobalt is notoriously expensive to extract from ore. Unlike REE, the price of cobalt is driven by processing costs, not scarcity. In fact, copper mines across Queensland have piles of waste from copper operations that are rich in cobalt. This is why DRC is responsible for around 2/3 of all cobalt production in the world, because they reduce costs by using child slave labour and committing human rights violations. Not sure how Tombola will compete with that, given the cost of Australian labour, and the fact that they'd need to stand up a cobalt processing plant.
