Well the definition of a substantial shareholder (the correct term apparently) is a person or entity that controls 5% or more of shareholder votes clearly they didn’t have that hence no requirement for a change in substantial holder notice but there there likely would have been a change in the company’s top 20 shareholders which is something you can generally find but you have to do a bit of searching for. So I suggest you go find it yourself
