drilling time frames

A few posters have said we are already in the drilling season according to weather patterns in Indo...

Can anyone say what the set up time for a drill is? I am gathering from the announcement last year in April with drill time in June it would take about 3 months till spud date.

Should we be ahead of the game this time around in regards to all time frames?

Also how long would we stay on one drill site for? 3 months+

QPN laid out the plan for 3 drills to be done this year, would they be consecutive? does it depend on success at each hole? Would it take a lot longer if there was success at one site due to tapping the resources or do they plug it for the future? Or if there is a success would extra money pour in and they spud the other sites quicker?

Something must be happening this coming week, my left arm is tingling and my right knee is aching
