on 4 occasions in the last few weeks, they ramped CUL up then pushed it down on the same day.... I've seen this many times in previous years too.... It's like calling Wolf but no Wolf.....Wolf... Wolf... Wolf...
one day Mr Wolf will be there and those playing this game will be caught with their pants down...
As a loyal Cullenite I buy low and wait...
Some times when I'm in the mood I join the Wonkers and play with myself... buy at 3 and sell at 3.1...to the delight of my broker...
