Firstly, reading your second paragraph, I take it that you think I only follow one mining company. Well, I actually follow a number of them and in fact hold shares in two other companies in the Fraser Range. So I am fully aware of the issue of permits and the subsequent delays that are sometimes experienced.
The point of my post was that RAM has previously announced specific dates and timeframes in respect to their drilling program and yet nothing has eventuated. So, in light of this, the fact that they were now saying drilling would commence by the end of March 2015, meant little IMO, as they had let us down before and had lost credibility.
And don't forget, when sirsmiggles contacted the office the other day, they were now talking about drilling commencing in the next quarter (April, May, June), so they've given themselves plenty of lee way.
Interesting, you said "They can NOT make such accurate (end of March 2015) announcements legally, without following them to some sort of degree."
So, that being the case, how did they get away with their September announcement which stated they were "Targeting completion of the drilling program in the December Quarter 2014" ? I'd be interested to hear your comments on this.
Surely, if a company makes such a definitive announcement in respect to its drilling program, you'd feel confident that it was already in the process of obtaining the necessary permits, and had allowed for any possible delays....but no.
Don't forget, we're talking about an announcement that was made back in September last year, and yet they still have no permits to hand.
Hey, as I said before, I hope I'm totally wrong and they start drilling in April (like you believe they will) but I have my doubts.
Regards
mm
p.s. Not sure why you felt the need to shout out a couple of the words on your post, but there you go.
